DV Hydraulics completed the full retrofit of two industrial presses.
The existing mechanical installation was completely modernized with new servo pump-driven hydraulics, a completely new control system and an automated heating system. In addition, the hydraulic cylinders were overhauled, the piping was replaced with heat-resistant components and the entire material handling system around the presses was automated. This gave the existing machines a second life with improved reliability, energy efficiency and ease of operation.
Two servo-driven hydraulic power units with a combined installed hydraulic power of 30 kW, delivering lower energy consumption and reduced noise levels.
150 kW heating capacity for process heating and temperature control.
Complete machine control through a Siemens PLC-based control system.
Full retrofit of the hydraulics, controls, heating system and automation.
Complete overhaul of the hydraulic cylinders.
New heat-resistant piping and high-temperature hydraulic hoses throughout the installation.
Two manual loading tables for flexible product feeding.
Automatic infeed and outfeed systems for both presses.
Automatic transfer table enabling product routing between the two presses.
Integrated machine guarding in accordance with applicable machine safety requirements.
Completely engineered, assembled, programmed and tested by DV Hydraulics.
The installation was fully assembled, programmed and tested in our workshop, including functional testing, safety validation and a successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
Following customer approval, the equipment was prepared for shipment and commissioning at the end user's production facility.
