Based on an analysis of the production cycle, we currently manufacture the most energy-efficient hydraulic installations on the market.
These are Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) powered by a servo pump system.
During the production process, these hydraulic systems continuously regulate the required power of the press and recover part of the energy consumed whenever possible. Depending on the application and operating profile, this can result in significant energy savings, reaching up to 91% in specific cases. We can also design the HPUs to eliminate electrical peak consumption, ensuring that only the average power demand is drawn.
