We handle your installations, pumps, motors, cylinders, and valves with the utmost care. After a thorough analysis of the problem, you will receive a damage report and a quotation. Only upon your approval will we proceed with the repair.
We are also happy to support you in optimizing your installations to minimize the need for hydraulic repairs and overhauls.

We overhaul and repair pumps and motors from all major brands.
This also includes hydraulic components that were not originally purchased from us.
The process consists of the following phases:
Damage analysis of your hydraulic pump or motor and preparation of a quotation;
Repair based on the quotation and with your approval;
Testing, including leak detection at nominal pressure on our test bench;
Delivery or, if desired, installation of the pump or hydraulic motor.
After delivery, you will receive the necessary information to minimize future damage.
Cylinder repair
Do your cylinders need urgent repair and overhaul? The process includes the following steps:
Disassembly and cleaning of all components;
Damage analysis and preparation of a quotation;
Rechroming of the cylinder rod, if necessary;
Replacement of damaged parts and seals;
Pressure testing and repainting of the cylinder;
Delivery or, if desired, installation of the cylinder.
The above operations are only carried out with your approval. After the repair and overhaul of your hydraulic system, you will receive the necessary information to help minimize future damage.
Valve overhaul
Finally, we also support you with the overhaul and repair of your valves. If damage to your valves occurs, the following steps are carried out:
Damage analysis and sending of a quotation;
Repair, with your approval and based on the quotation;
Testing on our test bench, followed by delivery or, if desired, installation of the valve.
Afterwards, you will receive the necessary information to help minimize future valve damage. We can also repair your hydraulic piping.
